The Onix bench is ​​our reinterpretation of the famous bench in front of the houses of the Transylvanian village. The bench, also called "laita", was built manually by the villagers from wood fallen in the forest. It was used to socialize with family and friends in the hot summers.

We wanted to preserve this tradition by building the bench from solid oak of superior quality. Upholstered cushions were added to provide extra comfort, and the multiple legs were the inspiration for the name Onix from the famous Japanese Pokemon franchise.
